I. Booking process

Making reservations through CarHireBulgaria.eu is voluntary. We did it as simple as possible in order to avoid any confusion and miss understanding. All information collected from providers is uploaded and available for our visitors. There is no need of registrations before you make a booking. Account is automatically assigned to your e-mail address at the last Step of the booking process. Simple follow all Steps and confirm your reservation request.

II. Payment


Once you complete all booking Steps you will be requested to pay a small part of Total amount as advance payment (deposit) – the rest must be paid upon your arrival in the country. For several destinations our providers request a payment in full during the car booking process. In all cases you will be able to see what is the payment requirement for the selected destination. All prices are based in EURO.

III. Booking Fee / Credit card Fee

Car booking process is free of reservation fees. Some of our rental cars providers request an advanced payment of a small deposit fee during the booking process. In this case the only amount you need to pay is the " Deposit To Pay Now "at the last step of the car booking process, the rest must be paid Upon your arrival at the rental desk.
This is not valid for all car rental offers ! Some of our providers accept reservations without advanced payment online. Please check in the reservation preview if you need to pay any deposit during the booking process.
Unfortunately, we are not able to proceed with your reservation request if the selected car rental provider request advanced payment until the payment for the deposit has been successfully made.
All cases, if any advanced payment is required we will contact you and request payment only when your reservation request is confirmed.

IV. DATA SECURITY

All personal information we collect during the booking process is needed in order to complete your car rental reservation request. We would never share it or trade it with third parties.

It will be only used for our own purposes to improve the quality of services and keep you updated with the newest offers. If you wish not to receive our newest offers e-mails, please contact us using Contact Us form.

V. PAYMENT SECURITY

Payment Step is organized and guaranteed by Bank Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) and it is encrypted to 128 bit security connection.

We would never keep a record of your credit card details!

IX. Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation must be done at least 48 hours before the booking date / time to avoid a loss of Deposit paid online.

Cancellations made between period of 24hours - 48 hours before booking date / time return to a loss of 50 % from the Deposit amount paid online.
Later cancellations may return to a full loss of the Deposit Amount.
No shows return to a full loss of the Deposit Amount.
